Infrastructure

Our infrastructure is the foundation that allows quality to remain consistent, regardless of scale. Every facility, system, and workflow is designed to support precision, from raw material handling to final output, ensuring reliability across batches, timelines, and applications.

By combining advanced machinery with controlled processes and disciplined execution, we reduce variability where it matters most. The result is an infrastructure that doesn’t chase performance, but sustains it, day after day, build after build.

ARTechnology

Veneer Preparation: High-density hardwood veneers are specially selected and dried to a moisture content of less than 6%, which is critical for the resin to bond properly without internal steam pockets.

Deep Resin Penetration: Unlike standard glues, ARTechnology uses resins with specific chemical properties designed for maximum penetration. During the assembly phase, these resins soak deep into the wood fibers rather than just sitting between the layers.

The Bonding Phase: The assembled layers go through a hydraulic press process. The combination of extreme pressure and indigenously manufactured resin creates a bond that is "structurally robust" and exceptionally stable.

Protection Infusion: The technology is often infused with preservatives and chemicals that specifically target termites and borers during the glue-line application, making the protection a permanent part of the board’s structure.
